Felt like no cooking at home,  yet wanted to make up something healthy.  Since I searched my fridge and found some greens and salad material.  That's when I decided to make a comfort meal filled with goodness and health benefits.

With so many health benefits it's always good to make a healthy salas and snack upon it rather than consuming junk food.
